Pure passion for cuisine and our Alpine nature is reflected in each of our refined dishes: As chef de cuisine, our niece Anna Pirpamer leads our kitchen team at Die Post restaurant with heart, soul, and enthusiasm. Her delicious creations reflect natural flavour and authentic Ötztal cuisine. Primarily top-quality regional and seasonal products are used – ideally from Anna’s parents’ farm, Weinleinshof, where the land is still actively farmed and animal products are processed directly and sustainably in their own butcher’s. Anna’s cuisine means authentic indulgence, natural aromas, and zero additives – without compromise.
