At our à la carte Die Post restaurant, you can savour the natural aromas of the Ötztal mountains. You’ll enjoy authentic slow food that delights your palate and warms your heart. And it’s always accompanied by our friendly, personal service – because eating at Natur- & Alpinhotel Post is an all-round pampering experience.
In the summer months, we offer a barbecue evening every Tuesday and a fondue evening every Thursday (at an extra rate).
On Wednesdays in winter, we offer our guests a fondue evening instead of the à la carte menu. (For an additional charge. Please book in advance).

We’re open for you every day between the following times:

Pure passion for cuisine and our Alpine nature is reflected in each of our refined dishes: As chef de cuisine, our niece Anna Pirpamer leads our kitchen team at Die Post restaurant with heart, soul, and enthusiasm. Her delicious creations reflect natural flavour and authentic Ötztal cuisine. Primarily top-quality regional and seasonal products are used – ideally from Anna’s parents’ farm, Weinleinshof, where the land is still actively farmed and animal products are processed directly and sustainably in their own butcher’s. Anna’s cuisine means authentic indulgence, natural aromas, and zero additives – without compromise.

Wine in all its facets is the (not so) secret passion of hotel head Gerhard. As sommelier and wine aficionado, he’ll pamper you with the best vintages from his fine selection in our Vent restaurant.
